Partner Speaking Exercise:

  • Go shopping in Spanish! Practice shopping online with a Spanish-speaking friend or teacher, or compare the prices of typical items, like a cup of coffee or carton of milk, if you’re from different countries.

Independent Speaking Exercise:

  • Make a wish list in Spanish of things you would like to buy for a special occasion, such as a birthday party, holiday, or vacation. Investigate prices and then verbally, one by one, go through each item stating how much it costs.
