I like Chinese Zero to Hero! a lot. Their courses cover HSK1-6 of the HSK Standard Course textbooks. While it’s not in-depth enough to be the only resource you use, few courses are. It’s a great option for those looking to add structure into their independent study routine or are preparing for the HSK tests. It isn’t meant to be a replacement for a textbook, but those with textbook phobia would really benefit from this course.
The videos are very well made while limiting the amount of English and using appropriate vocabulary.
You’ll need to use other resources for additional practice.
The Ultimate Bundle is absurdly good value.
There are several different options to buy the courses. You can choose the ultimate bundle which gives you access to everything for $219. The HSK 1 – HSK 4 bundle costs $134 and the HSK 5 – HSK 6 & Path to Fluency bundle costs $109.
You can also purchase each HSK level individually. HSK 1 & HSK 2 cost $29 each, HSK 3 costs $36, and HSK 4, 5, & 6 cost $64 each. As each HSK level is made up of a few smaller parts, those smaller parts can also be purchased separately.

Many language learners, myself included, have expressed frustration with the materials available for those around an upper-intermediate level. At this stage, most native materials are still too challenging to really sit down and enjoy learning from but materials created for language learners are too simple and boring.
SimSums is something that I wished existed for myself. I love learning about new things and combining that curiosity with language learning sounded like the perfect mix to me. I wanted to learn about new things while learning a language.
We’ve taken the summaries of popular non-fiction books, then simplified them as much as possible, while still maintaining the essential information. The end result is interesting reading and listening material that’s perfect for upper-intermediate students.

StudySpanish.com has some useful free materials on their website, but their paid products should be avoided. Their Camino del Éxito audio course is a near exact copy of the free FSI Basic Spanish Course. They also have a separate subscription plan but none of the extra materials found within it are very useful and definitely not worth paying for.
Their vocabulary lessons in the subscription are especially bad.
It’s a thorough course but not their own.
Same material is available for free but their recordings are higher quality.
Subscription starts at $9.99 monthly or $119 for a lifetime subscription.
StudySpanish.com is a resource that lots of Spanish learners come across, in large part, because they offer a ton of free materials – much of which is quite good.
